Insulation sets voltage class, temperature rise and life. XIMA uses class F/H systems with VPI: vacuum extracts air, then pressure drives resin into every void.

Versus trickle or dip, VPI removes bubbles, raising dielectric strength, heat transfer and mechanical bonding—stable in damp, dusty, start/stop duty.

For HV and large motors VPI is key to long life. XIMA’s CNAS-accredited lab (L9204) validates insulation by hi-pot, PD and aging tests.
